A world built on the ruins of prehistoric humanity.

Out of nowhere, special ability holders began popping up like mushrooms after a rain.

What does the appearance of their powers mean?..

A world constructed upon the ancient ruins of a civilization known as "Noir\Magi."

Every bit of contemporary culture connects back to their history.

Then, suddenly, "Lef"—those with special powers—came onto the scene.

Most Lef were registered and managed by the state, but some remained hidden from the eyes of others.

Among them were those enchanted by their tremendous power who found joy in spreading chaos and fear.

Tomonori Kusuda was one of those "Lef".

And although people reveled in the prehistoric gifts that helped to transform wild humans into a civilized society in just a few hundred years, they remained oblivious...

Their fate too was charted toward ruin.
