工作当天，石田来到医院，见到了一个戴着奇怪面具的男人？他几乎要犹豫了，但还是在新朋友的帮助下穿上了这套服装，他和“Niconico Man”一起在圣诞夜走进医院，“名人病房”里所有人都被列入了“坏蛋名单”。

派遣切りにあい､ネカフェ暮らしを続けている主人公は､とあるサイトで奇妙な書き込みを見つける。「成功報酬１億円。暴れて騒ぐだけの簡単なお仕事。おそらく１日で終わります」にわかに信じがたい内容だったが､軽い気持ちで申し込んでみた。仕事当日､病院で主人公を待っていたのは完全武装した奇妙な覆面男！！自らを"ニコニコマン"と名乗るその男に､装備を渡され仲間にされてしまう。そして､二人はクリスマスイブの病院へ突入を開始した。

On the day of the job, Ishida arrives at a hospital to meet...a man in a strange mask? He almost thinks twice, but dons the outfit with his new friend as he and "Niconico Man" march into the hospital on Christmas Eve, with everyone in "Celeb ward" on their naughty list.
