俺たちが住む上鶴戸市も例外ではなく、寒さに凍える毎日を送っている。

そんな冬の日の夜、差出人不明のショートメールが届いた。

 

「窓の外を見て下さい！雪が、雪が積もっています！」

 

外を見ると、いつもの住宅街が白銀の別世界に――

 

「こんな遅くにごめんなさい。でも、誰より早くあなたに伝えたいと思ったんです」

 

そのメッセージが最後だった。

送り主はわからない。

けれど、不思議と恋の予感が胸にはあった。
